The new Lenovo K91 Smart TV is claimed as the world’s first Smart TV with the Google Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. The 55-inch 3D-capable HDTV is powered by a 1.5GHz Snapdragon 8060 dual-core processor, a 1GB of RAM, an HD IPS LED screen with a 240Hz refresh rate, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for video conferencing, an 8GB HDD internal storage, an included 2GB removable SD card, SRS Tru Surround HD audio, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 10M/100M Ethernet, USB 2.0 port and an HDMI port. There is also a remote controller with a voice control, a motion sensor, a touchpad and a 5-way controller. The Lenovo K91 Smart TV will be launched in China very soon. LG To Introduce Three New 3D Home Theater Systems At CES 2012

LG USA is ready to introduce the BH9420PW, BH9220BW and BH9520TW 3D home theater systems at the upcoming CES 2012 in Las Vegas. These home theater systems adopt the company’s 3D Sound Zooming technology and the 360-degree Reflector technology that provide a better 3D experience for the user. BenQ has unveiled the W7000 3D home cinema projector. It is known as the first projector in the world to be accredited with the TUV Rheinland 3D Full HD certification. The projector uses DLP Link to provide crosstalk free 1080p Full HD 3D images to both eyes with a high contrast ratio of 50000:1 and a maximum brightness of 2000 ANSI lumens. What’s more, this 3D home theater projector also provides several connectivity options including a pair of HDMI 1.4a port, a D-Sub connector, component video, S-Video and an integrated RS232 port. Known as the LG CF3DAT, the CINEMA 3D projector can project a huge 200-inch viewing surface with a Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution and a brightness level of 1,250 ANSI lumens in 3D mode.
