
Acer today launched two desktops and one LCD display. The new Aspire M5800 tower comes jam packed with a 2.66GHz Core 2 Quad CPU with a 8GB of RAM, a 1.5GB GeForce GT230 graphics, a 740GB drive and a HDMI out for $800. Meanwhile, the Aspire M3800 and X3810 feature a 2.5GHz Pentium with an integrated X4500 graphics and a HDMI out. The Aspire M3800 and X3810 retails for $450 in a tower or $529 in a low-profile case. Acer also released the 23-inch H235H LCD display, which offers a 1080p resolution, a 2ms response time, a 160-degree viewing angle, and a 100,000:1 contrast ratio for $239. More

The H235H is the latest premium LCD display from Acer that comes with HD resolution. This stylish monitor offers a 23-inch widescreen LCD with 1920 x 1080 resolution, a 16:9 aspect ratio, a 2ms response time, an ultra-high 100,000:1 contrast ratio, a 300 cd/m2 brightness and 160-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles. In addition, it also integrates three different connectivity ports which include VGA, HDMI and DVI with HDCP. The H235H will be available in July for unannounced price yet. [PCLaunches]

Acer Japan has rolled out two new eco-friendly LCD monitors in the form of the V193WBbmd and V223WBbmd (pictured above). Both of them are energy efficient displays, reducing power consumption by almost 36%. As for the specs itself, both monitors feature 5ms response time, 10,000:1 contrast ratio and 300cd/m2 brightness. The main difference is that the V193WBbmd only comes with a 19-inch display with 1,440 x 900 resolution, meanwhile, the V223WBbmd offers a bigger 22-inch display with 1,680 x 1,050 resolution. The Acer V193WBbmd and V223WBbmd are priced at $185 and $236 respectively. More

Amazon has announced the availability of the new Acer Aspire One 751 netbook on its site, you can pre-order this mini laptop for $399.99 (3-cell version) and $449.99 (6-cell version). So here’s what the system offers you, a 11.6-inch display with 1366 x 768 resolution, a 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z520 processor, an Intel GMA500 graphics, a 2GB RAM, a 250GB HDD, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, a webcam and Windows Vista OS. Acer has showed off its latest smartphone at Computex 2009 in Taipei, Taiwan. The Acer M900 comes equipped with a finger recognition function, a 3.8-inch touchscreen display, and a QWERTY keyboard. The handset also supports e-mail and internet access. More

The Gateway One ZX6800 is the latest all-in-one PC from Acer that sports a 23-inch full HD touchscreen. Other interesting features include an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, a UMA discrete graphics, a DDR3 memory, a 3.5-inch SATA II HDD, a webcam, a hybrid TV tuner card, built-in HD speakers, WiFi and Windows Vista OS. Here’s another smartphone from Acer that has been showcased at Computex 2009 known as the Acer F1. Powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU, the F1 sports a 3.8-inch TFT touchscreen display with 480 x 800 resolution, a 5MP autofocus camera with LED flash, an FM radio, a 3.5mm headset jack, GPS, WiFi, a 7.2Mbps HSDPA connectivity, and Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional OS. The handset might be released in September for unannounced price yet. More

Acer has recently rolled out a new member for its netbook series by releasing the LT3000 11.6-inch wide netbook. It comes with a 1366×768 resolution display, a 1.33 GHz Intel Atom Z520 processor, a 1GB of RAM, 160GB of HDD and US15W chipset. The netbook also sports three USB 2.0 ports, IEEE 802.11 b/g wireless LAN, Bluetooth 2.0, card reader, a 3MP webcam and Windows XP operating system. It seems that famous laptop maker Acer wants to conquer home server market by releasing its first Acer Aspire easyStore AH340-UA230N with built-in Windows Home Server. This HP MediaSmart competitor is powered by an Intel Atom 230 processor with a 2GB DDR2 RAM, a 1TB of HDD, and three 3.5-inch hot swappable bays for a total of 7TB of storage space. The Acer Aspire easyStore AH340-UA230N also supports a DLNA 1.5 certification and retails for only $400 each. More

Here’s a good news for all netbook lovers out there, cause real soon Acer will be launching their first netbook ‘Aspire One 571′ that features a mini Blu-ray drive. Some of the specs you’ll find within this new system include an Intel Atom N280 processor, Quartics Q1721 Multimedia Coprocessor for encoding and decoding of H.264 content and the all new Vmedia’s optical drive for reading tiny Blu-ray discs with a diameter of only 32mm and a capacity of 1GB.
