Acer comes back with its Aspire M5630 desktop PC with a 2.4GHz Intel Quad Core Q6600 processor and HD DVD / Blu-ray combo drive. Priced at a hefty $3000, the PC also comes equipped with 2GB of RAM, 500GB SATA hard drive, ATI X2400 Pro 256MB graphics, wireless keyboard / mouse, 22-inch wide LCD monitor, and Windows Vista Home Premium. You can also buy a cheaper model ($2000) which offers Core 2 Duo E4500 processor, 320GB of HDD, and same other specifications.

Acer has recently updated its notebook line with the Aspire 7720G and the 2920, and the Ferrari 1100. The top-end 7720G is a $3,000 laptop with a 17-inch screen, ATI Mobility Radeon HD2300 graphics card, and running a 2.2GHz Santa Rosa chip. The Aspire 2920 is a 12.1-inch model, featuring Core 2 Duo CPUs, and Intel GMA X310 graphics. The last one is the Ferrari 1100, featuring another 12.1-inch screen, a 2.3GHz Turion 64 X2 TL-66 processor, LED backlighting, and the usual Ferrari styling.

The 15.4-inch notebook PC is powered by AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-52/56/60/64/66 processor, Nvidia 8400M G (128MB VRAM) or 7000M graphics card, up to 4GB RAM, max 250GB hard drive, dual layer DVD burner, webcam, 802.11b/g wireless, Bluetooth, and Windows Vista operating system. It also features ceramic coated echelon-type keyboard and Dolby home theater system. The Acer Aspire 5520 is priced at around $1000.

Acer Aspire 5920 and 4710 are part of the Gemstone notebook PC line. The Aspire 5920 is built on Acer’s Empowering Technology. It features a 15.4-inch HD widescreen display with CrystalBrite, and Dolby Home Theater Virtual Surround Sound for a complete HD experience. The laptop runs on a 2.0GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 2GB of RAM, a 256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600M-GT Grpahics Engine, 160GB of hard disk space, a DVD Dual Layer Drive, integrated web cam, WiFi and Bluetooth.
The Aspire 4710 is smaller at 14.1-inches and powered by a 2.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor and comes jam packed with 512MB RAM, 120GB HDD, a dual layer DVD drive, and WiFi. FYI, this unit comes pre loaded with Linux Basic Edition and not a version of Windows. The Aspire 5920 and 4710 notebook PCs are available at Acer authorized resellers and selected retailers throughout North America, with pricing at around $1999 for the Aspire 5920 and $599 for the Aspire 4710.

The computer is powered by AMD processors and has support for up to 2GB of RAM and 400GB in hard drive space. Acer comes back with a new digital cameras that has a slim body. Known as the CU-7530, it sports a 7.4MP resolution, 4.4x digital zoom, 3x optical zoom, and a 2.5 LCD screen. Pricing and availability are still unknown.
