Coming in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB capacities, these mini PCIe cards feature a SATA-II 3.0 Gbps interface, MLC NAND flash memory chips, a Jmicron JMF602B controller and provide sequential read/write speeds of up to 130/50 MB/s. Active Media has announced a new series of Predator X7 SSDs. Available in 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB capacities, these 2.5-inch pocket-sized SSDs are based on MLC NAND flash memory chips and provide read and write speeds of up to 230MB/s and 180MB/s, respectively. They also feature an 8-channel JM612 controller, a SATA-II 3.0 Gbps interface, a128MB of cache memory and a mini USB 2.0 port.
