
During a press conference that was held in Tokyo, Panasonic introduced the world’s first all-in-one Full HD 3D TV that integrates a Blu-ray disc drive as well as a built-in HDD. The new models will feature Full HD resolution with a full black PDP panel and an impressive native contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1. The HDD will feature 500GB of storage and there will be 3 HDMI ports and the usual D-Sub port. One other cool feature is the TV will make it very easy to use Skype to chat with your friends. Medion has recently dropped a new touchscreen all-in-one desktop PC for the Spanish market. Dubbed as the PC7216, the system boasts a 21.5-inch touchscreen display, a 2.1GHz Intel T4300 processor, an integrated NVIDIA GeForce 9100 graphics card, a 4GB RAM, a 1TB hard drive, a 1.3MP camera, a DVD burner, integrated speakers, WiFi and runs on Windows 7 OS. Asus has recently unveiled their upcoming all-in-one PC for the European market. Dubbed as the Eee Top ET2002T, the system offers a 20-inch touchscreen display with 1600 x 900 resolution, an Intel Atom 330 dual core CPU, a NVIDIA ION graphics card, a 2GB RAM, a 250GB hard drive, a DVD burner and an HDMI input. Measuring 560mm x 465mm x 59mm, the system is equipped with a 21.6-inch touchscreen display with 1920 x 1080 resolution, 5ms response time, a 2.7GHz Intel Pentium E5400 Dual-Core processor, a 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 graphics card, a 4GB RAM, a 500GB hard drive and a DVD writer. Dell has introduced its first integrated desktop model to its Vostro line-up in the form of the Vostro All In One. This new business desktop offers a 19-inch display, a Core 2 Duo processor, a 2GB RAM, a 160GB hard drive, an optional webcam, an Ethernet port, serial ports, parallel ports, VESA mounting and an optional WiFi connectivity. Epson has recently come up with new addition to Workforce lineup, engineered for the small business and home office; Workforce 600, 500, 40, and 30. These all-in-ones produce laser quality output at laser fast speeds. Workforce 600 is capable of printing laser-quality black text at 27 pages per minute. It offers both wired and wireless connectivity. WorkForce 500 on the other hand does not print as fast as its brother, 600. It uses Instant-dry DURABrite® Ultra Ink, that is water resistant and enable prints to have lifespan of over several years. Finally, both 40 and 30 are meant for users who simply need to print black text and light photo printing. Workforce 40 offers wired and wireless connectivity as well as higher capacity ink cartridges. Workforce 30 uses unique dual black ink cartridge system that claim to produce twice as many output. Canon introduced its latest all-in-one Pixma printers on Monday, August 11, the Pixma MP480 and Pixma MP190. These printers/scanners/copyer include several new features that simplify the printing, scanning, and copying processes. The $70 Pixma MP190 has maximum resolution of 4,800×1,200dpi. It uses two ink four-color cartridges. Another MP190′s unique feature is the Z-Lid that allows you to pull the lid over thick documents. The $100 Pixma MP480 has similar features with better scanning resolution at Optical: 2400 x 4800 dpi which is 4x the MP190 version, it prints slightly faster, and it incorporates a large 1.8-inch TFT color display.
