
Altec Lansing today unveiled their latest amplified speaker, which is designed to work with Rock Band, Guitar Hero, and DJ Hero. The Altec Lansing Stage-Gig can connect with any gaming console and features a 40-watt speaker and a 6.5-inch subwoofer. There are also a volume knob and RCA outputs for extra speakers. Altec Lansing has finally released its BXR1220 in South Korea, which is part of its Value series. Priced at only $14.99, the speaker comes with a unique cylindrical design. Altec Lansing showed up at the CES with their new T612 iPod/iPhone dock. It comes with neodymium speakers with bass enhancement technology, iPhone support for incoming calls meaning the music will stop when calls are received, GSM shielding so noises wont be picked up.
