Amazon has finally announced the price tag for its latest wireless reading device ‘Kindle DX’, which is priced at $489. Amazon is now taking pre-orders of the Kindle DX, but an estimated ship date remains unknown other than this summer. Looks like Amazon will release a larger version of its Kindle e-book reader very soon. The new Kindle will be specially designed to display newspapers, magazines, and textbooks. News organizations, such as the New York Times among others, are expected to be involved in the introduction of the device.
