Here is good news for all PC gamers around the globe. The highly anticipated ATI Radeon HD 5870 Eyefinity 6 Edition will be launched on March 11, 2010 after the end of CeBIT show in Hannover, Germany. Powered by AMD’s ATI Eyefinity Technology, the card features 6 DisplayPorts. AMD has introduced a new budget-friendly graphics card to its range in the form of the Radeon HD 5570. The card integrates a 40nm Redwood GPU, 400 Stream processors, a 128-bit memory interface, a core clock of 650MHz and a 1GB of GDDR3 memory set @ 900MHz. The card also supports both ATI Eyefinity and DirectX 11 technologies, and has D-Sub, DVI, VGA and HDMI outputs. The Radeon HD 5570 will retail for around 60 Euros (about $82). [TechFuels]

AMD today announced its new Radeon HD 5700 series of graphics cards, the HD 5750 and HD 5770 (pictured above). The Radeon HD 5750 integrates 720 Stream Processors and offers GPU/memory clocks of 700/4600 MHz, while the HD 5770 adopts 800 Stream processors and features GPU/memory clocks of 850/4800 MHz. Both cards are also equipped with a 1GB of GDDR5 memory, a 128-bit memory interface, ATI Eyefinity technology, dual DVI ports, an HDMI port, a DisplayPort output and support DirectX 11 as well as CrossFirex. AMD has just released its latest high-end professional 3D graphics card, the ATI FirePro V8750. Designed for workstations, this new graphics card features a 55nm RV770 GPU, 800 Stream Processors, a 2GB of GDDR5 memory and a memory bandwidth of 115.2GB/s. Advanced Micro Devices has added two new processors to its line up in the form of Athlon II X2 240 and 245. These new 45nm processors are clocked at 2.8GHz (X2 240) and 2.9GHz (X2 245) respectively, and feature a 2MB of L2 cache, a 4000MHz HyperTransport speed and a TDP of 65W. Medion will release the Akoya Mini E1312 11.6-inch netbook in the UK exclusively at Aldi stores from July 12th, 2009 onwards. The netbook comes jam packed with a 1366 x 768 LCD display, an AMD Sempron 210U CPU, an ATI Radeon TM Xpress 1250 graphics, a 1GB RAM, a 160GB HDD, and 802.11n Wi-Fi. AMD is set to launch another powerful processor in the form of the Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition. Claimed as the successor to its Phenom II X4 955 processor series, this new 45nm processor is clocked at 3.4 GHz – 200 MHz and features a 6MB of shared L3 cache, an integrated DDR2/DDR3 memory controller, a 4000 MHz HyperTransport and a TDP of 125W.
