Onkyo Japan will release their first Windows 7 ready amplifiers on September 11, 2009 in Japan. Dubbed as the TX-NA5007 and TX-NA1007, both amplifiers are DLNA complaint and support Dolby NR Professional Logic IIz, Dolby NR TrueHD, DTS-HD Mater and playback of WAV (linear PCM)/WMA (DRM)/WMA Lossless/MP3/AAC/FLAC/Ogg Vorbis formats. Onkyo today announced the TX-SA607 and TX-SA507 AV amplifiers for the Japanese market. The TX-SA607 is a 120watts x 7 channels AV amplifier that is compatible with Dolby NRs True HD, DTS-HD, and Dolby NR professional logic IIz. Meanwhile, the TX-SA507 is a simple 100watts x 5 channels AV amplifier with only 4 1.3a HDMI input port, and does not support Dolby NR professional logic IIz. No info on pricing at this time. Pioneer will be releasing two new 7.1 AV amplifiers at the end of June known as the VSA-LX51, and VSA-1018AH. Both amps support HDMI 1.3 (3 input / 1 out), Dolby NR TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, DTS-HD High Resolution Audio, Dolby digital plus, and DTS EXPRESS. They also come with an USB port to play MP3, WMA, AAC files and the LX51 (only) has an additional video upscaler to upscale an image to 720p and 1080p. The GF-650 from Teac Japan has a turntable, CD-RW recorder and AM / FM tuner. Made from shiny aluminum, the device offers a backlit LCD which displays track information, volume, etc. Your precious vinyl will be recorded on the CD with the same quality thanks to the diamond tipped needle. Yamaha today unveiled the CRX-E320 which is a new compact stereo with amplifier. The device plays your CDs, MP3s and WAVs, the radio (AM/FM) or more through the USB port. The compact stereo is available soon in Japan for approx. $320.
