
Sharp has added a new 52-inch LED HDTV to its AQUOS range in the form of the LC52LE700UN. This widescreen TV supports a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and features a 120Hz refresh rate, 4ms response time, 450 cd/m2 brightness and a viewing angle of 176 degrees. In addition, it also features several connectivity ports including four HDMI, USB, 2 components, 2 composite and a VGA PC. What’s more, the TV also provides AQUOS Net, which is Sharp’s internet service that provides games, weather reports and stocks. Sharp is set to release four new energy-saving full HD LCD TVs ‘AQUOS D Series’ that are available in 32-inch, 40-inch, 46-inch and 52-inch models. Some of the features the D Series offers include an advanced new image-improvement technology ‘high-quality master engine’ for increasing the video quality, an internet connection capability, a 15000:1 contrast ratio, a 1920 x 1080 resolution and much more. The 46V, 42V and 37V-inch TVs not only deliver high-quality pictures, but also bring a refined sense of quality to interior décor when mounted on the wall. With a mere 3.44 cm thick, the AQUOS X Series can accommodate the needs of consumers who want to mount a flat-panel TV on the wall to take full advantage of its thin profile, or who desire to change their living room décor by decorating a wall with it like a painting.

Sharp will be releasing their new audio home theater caled the AN-ACD2. The Aquos Audio AN-ACD2 comes with 150W of power, width of 1141mm, and HDMI capabilities to give you the ultimate movie watching experience. It’s slim and sleek design makes it convenient to add accessories such as a Blu-Ray player or a TV. The AN-ACD2 has dropped in Japan already, but whether it will release in Europe or the U.S is still unknown. $1,136

The Sharp SH-920 Aquos uses the same technologies found on Aquos LCD TV’s for crisp and clear image quality. The 3.2 inch LCD provides a resolution of 480×854 pixels and sports 26 million colors. The phone’s LCD also offers a contrast ratio of 2000:1 and screen ratio of 16:9. The SH-920 comes jam packed with a One-Seg tuner with support for Electronic Programming guide for recording on SD-MMC card for later viewing. Other features include a 3.2MP camera, Bluetooth A2DP support, HSDPA, Infrared and GSM support for International roaming.
