Asus Eee PC 1201N ION-powered Laptop Available Stateside

The wait is over. Asus has finally announced the availability of Asus Eee PC 1201N laptop in the US market. It is actually the first ION-powered laptop from Asus that features a 1366 x 768 resolution LCD display with an nVidia ION graphics card, a 250GB hard drive, and an Intel Atom 330 dual core processor. The 12-inch laptop also provides three USB ports, an SDHC card slot, a VGA output, WiFi, Bluetooth, and an HDMI port. The Eee PC 1201N is scheduled to be released in mid-December 2009 for $499. Windows 7-powered Asus Eee PC 1101HA-WP Netbook

Asus will launch their latest Eee PC netbook that is powered by Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium edition as its operating system. Dubbed as the Asus Eee PC 1101HA-WP, the 11.6-inch netbook features an Intel Atom Z520 processor with a 2GB RAM, a 250GB hard drive, and an Intel GMA 500 graphics chipset. The netbook comes equipped with a rechargeable battery that will provide up to 8-hours of operating time. Asus Eee PC 904 And Eee PC 905 Unveiled

Asus will be released two new models of the famous Asus Eee PC mini laptop. Known as the Eee PC 904 and Eee PC 905, these two portable gadgets is actually a successor of the Eee PC 900 and the Eee PC 901. This MSI Wind and Acer Aspire One competitors have the specifications that are similar to the 901. However, these laptops come with a bigger keyboard size and footprint, but not the LCD size.
