A Chinese store PC Pop has started to sell the Asus Eee PC 1201n, a 12-inch netbook that features a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU, a HD widescreen display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, and an nVidia GeForce 9400M, which looks like an ION chip since it supports for DirectX 10. Additional specs include a 2GB of RAM, a 250GB hard drive, a 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Ethernet, a VGA port, USB, audio I/O, and a 6 cell battery (5200mAh) that is capable of up to 11 hours of operation time. Asus Eee Keyboard Release Date Confirmed

Here is good news for those who are waiting for the release of the Asus Eee Keyboard. Asus has confirmed that this highly anticipated keyboard will be available in the US and European markets in October 2009. In case you didn’t know, the Eee Keyboard is a standard-sized computer keyboard with a built-in computer and 5-inch touchscreen on the right. It comes equipped with a 1.6Ghz Atom processor, a 1GB of DDR2 RAM, a 16 or 32GB SSD, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and HDMI. Pricing info is still unavailable at this time. We will keep you posted. Asus today introduced the latest member of their EeeBox nettop series. Dubbed as the Asus EeeBox EB1012, the computer is capable of playing back Full HD video in 1080p. The nettop is powered by a Dual Core Intel Atom N330 processor with an nVidia MCP7A ION graphics, a 250GB SATA hard drive and a 2GB of DDR2-800 memory (up to 4GB). Other specs include HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11n WiFi, S/PIDF 5.1 audio jack, 4 USB 2.0 ports, an eSata port and an SDHC card readers. Sadly, there is no info on pricing or availability so far. Asus Readies Glaciator+ GeForce GTX 260 Graphics Card

Asus is getting ready to launch its new GT200-based graphics card namely the GeForce ENGTX260 GL+/HTDI/896MD3. Featuring a black PCB, the card integrates 216 Processing Cores, a 448-bit memory interface, 3-way SLI support, a dual-slot Glaciator+ fansink, two 6-pin PCIe power connectors and two DVI outputs. The card also comes with several factory overclocked frequencies – 576MHz for the GPU, 1998MHz for the 896MB of GDDR3 memory and 1242MHz for the shader. Asus has recently unveiled their upcoming all-in-one PC for the European market. Dubbed as the Eee Top ET2002T, the system offers a 20-inch touchscreen display with 1600 x 900 resolution, an Intel Atom 330 dual core CPU, a NVIDIA ION graphics card, a 2GB RAM, a 250GB hard drive, a DVD burner and an HDMI input. Asus is gearing up to release its new Mini-ITX ION-based motherboard called the AT3N7A-I. This Mini-ITX platform is equipped with a 1.6GHz Intel Atom 330 dual-core CPU, a NVIDIA GeForce 9300M graphics card (DirectX 10-ready), two DDR2-800 memory slots, a PCI slot, Gigabit Ethernet, a 7.1 channel audio, Bluetooth, an eSATA port, three SATA 3.0 Gbps ports, and both D-Sub and HDMI outputs. Asus is gearing up to release a new AM3 board, the M4A79XTD EVO. Based on AMD 790X / SB750 chipset, the board features an 8+2 phase power design, supports AMD Phenom II and Athlon II processors, and comes with four DDR3-1800 memory slots as well as two PCIe x16 slots for CrossFirex setups. Our friends at Engadget Spanish have a new toy in their office. Asus has sent them the ASUS O!Play HDP-R1 media player. The gadget supports an HD video playback in a wide variety of codecs, including MPEG1/2/4, H.264, VC-1, and RM/RMVB. Unfortunately, there is no info on pricing or release date in the US.
