ASUS has announced the availability of the Eee Pad Transformer for the Taiwanese market. The gadget comes jam packed with a touchscreen HD display, a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera, a 5-megapixel camera on the back, a choice of 16GB or 32GB SSD, an nVidia Tegra 2 dual-core processor, an nVidia GeForce graphics chip and an optional full QWERTY keyboard that transforms the tablet into a notebook style PC. The additional keyboard also provides more juice for the device, adding an extra 8 hours of operation time. ASUS Designo ML229H, ML239H And ML249H Full HD Monitors

ASUS has recently added three new Full HD Monitors to its Designo ML series with the introduction of the 21.5-inch ML229H, 23-inch ML239H and 24-inch ML249H. These LED-backlight monitors provide 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 50,000,000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 5ms response time (ML229H and ML239H), 8ms response time (ML249H) and 178-degree ultra-wide viewing angles, and come with both D-Sub and HDMI connectors. ASUS has rolled out the WAVI Xtion motion sensing accessory for PCs at CeBIT 2011. The WAVI Xtion (pronounced “way-vee action”) consists of two parts such as the WAVI wireless media streaming device and the Xtion motion sensor. The device streams high definition media wirelessly from a PC located in one room to a TV in another room. The ASUS WAVI Xtion also integrates the motion-sensing technology from PrimeSense with the exclusive ASUS Xtion Portal user interface to bring consumers closer to technology through intuitive interaction with applications. Connections to both PCs and TVs via wireless HDMI(WHDI technology) deliver smooth transfers of high definition content such as movies, games and photos in 5GHz with a range of up to 25-meter. ASUS has recently introduced the VG278H 3D monitor at 2011 CeBIT Trade Show. Designed for gamers, this monitor features a 27-inch LED-backlit panel, an HDMI 1.4 video input and a built-in infrared emitter that allows gamers to play video games or watch movies without the need for cables and connectors.
