
Audiovox’s new Automotive Blu-ray DVD player, AVDBR1, allows you to enjoy high definition movies on-the-go. The player can be installed under the seat or in a storage compartment in the vehicle and connects to any monitor by using either the HDMI, composite or component output. The AVDBR1 has been road tested to tolerate the vehicle’s environment and its small size allows for multiple horizontal and vertical mounting options in the vehicle. A blue accent light is used to illuminate the slot load disc area and button array. The unit draws its power from a 2-pin, 12-volt connector to the vehicle’s accessory power source and comes with a full function wireless IR remote control. The DFL710 is Audiovox’s newest portable DVD player that comes with a built-in FLO TV receiver. The device allows you to access your favorite programs including Comedy Central, Disney Channel, ESPN Mobile TV and more (subscription required), anywhere you go. Audiovox today showcased its remote start and security systems at CES 2010 in Las Vegas. The high-end model is the Audiovox CA6550, which can remotely start a vehicle to cool down or warm up, lock or unlock doors and protect a car from possible theft. The device comes equipped with a glass mount antenna with a built-in red LED light and valet switch, a 125dB weatherproof siren, a starter interrupt, trunk release and more. Audiovox has showcased its new message center that enables users to leave a video or audio message. Dubbed as the DPF711K, this portable device is equipped with a 7-inch LCD display, a 512MB of internal memory, a microSD card slot and a built-in mic.
