
Bang & Olufsen has unveiled the BeoVision 7-40 3D TV with an integrated Blu-ray player . The 3D TV uses two-sided edge-type LED backlighting with 1.5D local dimming, which improves the contrast level.What’s more, the BeoVision 7-40 also supports a maximum refresh rate of 240Hz and provides a 450 cd/m2 of brightness (measured at the center of the screen). Additional features include a motorized stand, a built-in sensor which measures ambient light, a built-in digital surround sound module, a wide series of video inputs, and support for the Beo6 remote. The BeoSound 3 is the latest 3-in-1 gadget from Bang & Olufsen that consists of a portable radio, a clock and a digital music player all in one. The system also integrates a single, full-range loudspeaker unit within its compact form and runs on a rechargeable battery. Bang & Olufsen is out with their new product the Master Link Gateway full integration solution, a smooth two-way operation that connects Bang & Olufsen A/V products with home automation systems giving customer full control of their home. Via Master Link Gateway, customers can now control and operate all their home automation equipment from the Beo5 remote control all over the house. Customers can combine actions involving both home automation and A/V equipment, like switching on the light and the TV in the living room all at once by a single touch on the programmable Beo5 remote.
