Here is BenQ’s latest projector that is designed for big conference rooms. The device is now available in the German and European markets. The SP870 provides a 1,024 x 768-native DLP sporting 5,000 lumens and a 2,000:1 contrast ratio, with a 33-36 dB noise range and DVI and VGA inputs. The BenQ SP870 Business Projector will retail for $4,390.
BenQ comes back with a new JoyBook laptop. The JoyBook R43 is a gorgeous 14.1-inch notebook that comes with Intel Core 2 Duo processor, up to 2GB RAM, max 160GB hard drive, dual layer DVD burner, 802.11b/g wireless, Bluetooth, 4-in-1 media card reader, and Windows Vista operating system. This desktop replacement is also subjected to 25 tests including a scratch resistance test, pressure test, hinge test, compatibility test, high and low temperature tests, drop test, and vibration test to ensure its quality. Its keyboard can withstand up to 8 million keystrokes. The BenQ Joybook R43 will be available in China in December. No word on pricing yet.
BenQ released G2400W 24-inch monitor in the Korean market. Designed for gamers, the screen offers full 1080p resolution, HDMI port and BenQ’s Senseye+photo technology. It is also compatible with Sony PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 Elite. The G2400W adopts SensEye+photo technology which offers clear image quality equivalent to that of digital connection even when the monitor is connected via D-Sub analogue port by adjusting contrast ratio and color signals. This 24-inch monitor retails for $608.
BenQ M7 is 3G enabled mobile phone that also supports A-GPS. The handset comes with a 2MP camera, a secondary VGA camera for making 3G video conferencing calls and an FM receiver. Its microSD card slot supports up to 2GB. Pricing and availability info are still unknown. Stay tuned for more updates.
The G2400W by BenQ, is one of the better LCD monitors on the market, which more importantly has HD and WUXGA, contrast of about 1000:1, brightness of 250cd/m2, and DVI-D connector or HDMI if you prefer. Lastly, it’s alot cheaper than Dell LCDs only going for about $520.
The BenQ DC-X735 7.2MP ultra-slim camera comes loaded with a 2.5-inch LCD display, 3 x zoom (4 x on the digital side), ISO to 6400 (in Movie Mode), MPEG4 video recording, and an SDHC slot for up to 4GB of storage capacity. Its face tracking function automatically detects and tracks up to nine human faces. This shooter also features 29 scene modes, including manual mode, S.S.F (Super Shake Free) mode, portrait mode and night scene mode. Coming in “Vixen-red” or “Midnight-black”, the camera will be available later this month.
BenQ introduces its new DC-T800 8MP super-slim digital camera with a 3-inch touchscreen and “super shake-free” functionality. The digicam also provides Face Tracking feature, in-camera photo editing, 2000 ISO photos, 6400 ISO movies and 30fps 640 x 480 MPEG-4 recording. The DC-T800 should be available in October, 2007.
BenQ showcased their new slim digital camera, the X725 7MP, during Taitronics Bangkok 2007. The shooter features Super Shake-Free mode, large 2.5″ LTPS screen with 230.000 pixels resolution, and supports 3x optical zoom and 4x(preview)/12x(playback) digital zoom. As usual, there is no word on pricing or availability so far. Stay tuned for more updates.
Here is another exciting release from BenQ. The company has launched the DC E1000 digital camera that offers a large 3 inch LTPS screen with a 10MP resolution and 3x optical zoom. The shooter comes with a Shake-Free hotkey located right next to the shutter button which initiates the S.S.F function under any scene of blurred images being taken to protect their clarity. The face recognition feature can focus up to nine human faces to present them accurately in terms of color and lucidity. This camera is also able to capture 12 photos in a second, helping to take the best shot. Its High ISO portrait support up to 1600 ensures bright images in dark settings without using a flash. Pricing info is still unknown.
BenQ recently introduced a new 42-inch (SH4241) 1080p LCD TV in Taiwan. The LCD screen supports full HD and comes with a piano black finish, black / red accents, bottom-mounted speakers, and a 1,920 x 1,080 resolution. No word yet on pricing or availability. Wait and see for more updates.
