Samsung Releases Two 'Touch of Color' Camcorders

Samsung will release the SMX-C14 and SMX-C10 Touch of Color camcorders in July 2009. Both camcorders are small enough to carry around, and this makes them a great option to capture all of life’s special moments. The SMX-C14 and SMX-C10 feature 10x optical zoom, Hyper Image Stabilization, Active Angle Lens, 2.7 inch screen, 16GB internal storage (only SMX-C14), SD/SDHC memory card slot, one-touch upload button and H.264 compression. The Samsung SMX-C14 and SMX-C10 also support play-edit-sharing program called intelli-studio that allows users to connect these camcorder to any computer via USB and edit and play their video without having to install supporting software. Sony Handycam TG5V With GPS

The new TG5V (or TG7 in Europe) is a successor to the Sony Handycam TG1. Weighing at 230 grams and measuring 30mm x 117mm x 62mm, the camcorder is now lighter and smaller than its predecessor. The video camera offers 16GB of Internal memory (or 6hours of video recoding), a 30mm wide angle, a new BIONZ and Exemor image processor for low light recording, and new coating for the Camera body to prevent scratches. An integrated GPS antenna and NAVTEQ maps can be used to automatically geo-tag videos or images to keep a record of the exact shooting location. JVC Everio X GZ-X900 Camcorder

JVC’s Everio X GZ-X900 camcorder comes in a new brick-like form factor. The video recorder boasts 1080p resolution recording, 1,000 TV lines to sample from, the ability to capture 9-megapixel shots at 15fps, while 60fps shots are snapped at 5.3-megapixels.
