Japanese manufacturer Candela is preparing to release its new 23.6-inch LCD monitor that comes with a built-in analog /digital TV tuner. Dubbed as the CPLV236WDG2, this widescreen monitor supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and features 5ms response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio and 300 cd/m2 brightness. It also comes with several connectivity ports including D-Sub, HDMI, D4, S video and Composite. The CPLV236WDG2 will reach stores next month for about $529. [TCMagazine]
