AT&T and Sprint will offer the Samsung Access and Ace mobile phones very soon. The Access is a candy bar phone with a 1.3MP camera, HSDPA support, Bluetooth connectivity and a microSD memory card slot. Meanwhile, the CDMA-based Ace features a 1.3MP shooter, a squared-off keypad, EV-DO connectivity, and Windows Mobile 6 support.
Here is another handset from Sagem. The my220x is a luxurious phone available at an affordable cost. Weighing at just 65grams, the phone measures 10mm thick and features hands-free capability with speaker phone, 65k colour LCD screen, SMS with T9, dual-band and vibration alert. The Sagem my220x offers a talktime of 180 minutes with 240 hours standby time. You can purchase the phone for around $30.
The Light Blue version of LG Chocolate 8550 is currently available at Verizon Wireless stores. You can purchase this handset for $99.99. So far, the phone is available in four color themes including the Original Black, Black Cherry and Blue Mint, and now in the Light Blue version.
Vodafone Europe is offering a special edition of the Sony Ericsson Z310 phone. The handset is designed by Ãgatha Ruiz de la Prada, a renowned fashion designer from Madrid, Spain. It features interchangeable faceplates and wallpapers designed by ‘la Prada’. A perfect gift for this Christmas. The phone retails for $132.
Good news for us who lived in the States because LG has announced the availability of the LG Shine in the U.S., including its HSDPA version. Yeah, life is good! LG also has proudly announced that 5 million units of its LG Shine mobile phone sold worldwide. As a reminder, the phone has been released in October 2006 in Korea and in February 2007 in Europe.
The Almighty FCC has recently approved the new Motorola RIZR Z6c that features a 2MP camera, a microSD memory card slot and Bluetooth connectivity. The RIZR Z6c also offers a CDMA connection for calls and EV-DO data in addition to dual band 900MHz and 1800MHz GSM for those who frequently travel around the world. There is no word on a launch date nor pricing though.
ModeLabs Group has released the first Levi’s mobile phone in Hong Kong. The handset has received an excellent reception in Hong Kong so far. However, there is no details on the phone’s specs.
Kyocera is known as the premiere producer of mobile phones. The company has recently launched the W54K mobile TV phone in the Japanese market. The mobile phone comes loaded with 2.7-inch wide 240×400(WQVGA) display and supports mobile TV. There is no word on pricing so far.
The Boy Genius Report provides us with a “leaked” news about AT&T’s Black Friday sale. AT&T will be offering 50% off prices on a selection of their popular phones. Here are the phones that will be included with this special sale. Sadly, the Apple iPhone is not included.
Remember that these wonderful prices are given after mail-in-rebates and 2-year agreements. The promotion starts on Black Friday and ends on the following Sunday.
Verizon is now offering the Samsung FlipShot camera phone. The handset comes loaded with a 3MP camera/camcorder with rotating display for optimal viewing. The phone also sports a 240 x 320 260k color TFT display, Bluetooth connectivity, a business card scanner, PictBridge compatibility, and an integrated speakerphone.
