LG shows off their new products at CES 2007, including the 100 inch LCD HD TV, the 102 inch DPD HD TV, and some new cell phones that using the HSUPA (High Speed Uplink Packet Access), DVB-H, DMB, and PTT technology. In this exhibition, you can have the pleasure to see the L6W with a contrast ratio of 3000:1 and a 2ms response time, and the 3D 42 inch display with full HD resolution. ETRA, a korean company has developed “ROMI” a voice command understanding cleaning robot which transmits video via wireless/CDMA connection. So basically, ROMI can clean your room all the while providing you with upskirt shots. Look for ROMI at the Consumer Electronics Show next week.

Samsung is planning to debut their 2nd Generation Blu-ray player at the Consumer Electronics Show next week. The newer Blu-ray Disc player will cost about 20% less than the current BDP-1000 as well as being equipped with more features.

Samsung shows off to the world their first double-sided LCD screen that can show different images on each side. Samsung plans to bring it into mass production in the first half of 2007. This new invention will be exhibited at the Consumer Electronics Show, which opens in Las Vegas on January 8, 2007.
The new double-sided LCD is 2.6mm thick and 2.22” wide, with QVGA (240 x 320 pixel) resolution, and has brightness values of 250 nits for the front and 100 nits for the rear display.

Reigncom will present 12 new products at the CES, including the iRiver W10 with Wi-Fi support, VoIP, MP3 player, and a map system. This gadget can store up to 10 maps of American cities and a list of 200,000 hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls. Still remember the super sexy LG Shine phone? LG Electronics plans to release the phone to consumers in Europe and the United States at the world’s largest International Consumer Electronics Show to be held in Las Vegas on January 8, 2007. Just a recap, the handset features a 2MP camera, Bluetooth connectivity, an MP3 player, and a scroll wheel on the front. The GSM version will be released in Europe in the first quarter of 2007 and soon thereafter in the rest of Asia and the United States. No pricing information has been announced yet.
