Corsair has unveiled a new self-contained liquid cooling system for the CPU called the Hydro Series H70. This CPU cooler is designed to provide an extremely efficient cooling solution for CPUs from Intel and AMD. The Hydro Series H50 features a double-thickness (50mm) radiator with a higher heat-exchanging capacity and a pump/cold plate unit with increased efficiency. The H70 also has two 120mm speed-switchable cooling fans in a push-pull configuration to provide increased airflow at low noise levels. The Corsair Hydro Series H70 CPU Cooler is now available from Corsair’s worldwide network of authorized distributors and resellers. No word on pricing at this time. [Press Release]
The Cooler Master V6GT CPU cooler has a range of great features as standard, such as the use of a Double-V heatpipe design, twin 120mm DynaLoop PWM fans and support for multiple CPU sockets. This CPU cooler also uses a new type of bearings known as DynaLoop, which extends the life of the bearings to 40,000hrs. Here’s a look at Cooler Master’s upcoming low-profile CPU cooler, the Vortex Plus. Designed specifically for HTPC (home theater PC) users, the Vortex Plus comes equipped with an aluminum heatsink with four Direct Contact heatpipes, a 92mm fan that works at 800RPM to 2800RPM and is compatible with both Intel (LGA1366, LGA1156, LGA775) and AMD (AM3, AM2, 940, 939, 754) sockets. Tuniq is getting ready to release its uber-high-end CPU cooler ‘Tower 120 Extreme’ for the mass market starting next month.
