The Meizu M8 miniPlayer

At first glance, the Meizu M8 looks like the same as the Apple iPhone, but the M8 packs more features than iPhone. Measuring just 57mm x 105mm x 11.5mm, the M8 provides a 3.3 inch 720 x 480 resolution display, a 3MP camera, an integrated ARM11 processor for video recording at 30fps in 720 x 480 resolution, and 3G connectivity. Pricing details are still unknown.

i-Station Mini DX Audio / Video Player

On Friday, Digital Cube announced their new pocket Mp3/Video Player, the i-Station Mini DX. The Mini DX is an upgraded version of the previous i-Station Mini, with an added FM Tuner, USB support, and a MicroSD slot that allows you to upgrade up to 2GB more storage. The Mini DX supports several video formats: MPEG-4/WMV, Korea’s DMB mobile TV standard, and the lesser known FLAC and OGG. The Flash Mp3/Video Player comes in a 1GB for $213, a 2GB for $267, and a 4GB is in production with no set price.
