Here is the latest Tower PC from Dell. Measures at only 1.85 inch thin, the Dell OptiPlex 160 Tower PC is powered by Intel Atom processor with 80GB hard drive, 1GB RAM, Integrated video chipset and Windows Vista Home Basic. That’s right! Dell Inspiron has received new colors and designs, which are available on the Inspiron Mini 9 and Mini 12 notebook only in the U.S. and Canada. The new colors are include Cherry Red and Pretty Pink, meanwhile you can also choose some images from urban artist and “designer toy†creator Tristan Eaton. Lucky Japanese friends across the Pacific will enjoy the new red version of the Dell Inspiron Mini 9 netbook. They can also take the latest model of the Inspiron Mini 9 Platinum Package that comes with a larger 32GB SSD for approximately $565 after taxes. There is no word on a worldwide release date. Dell has decided to release the Vostro A860 in the United States for $379 upwards, depending on the specs. This 15.6-inch laptop comes jam packed with Intel’s Celeron or Pentium Dual Core processor, GM965 chipset with GMA X3100+ integrated graphics, 1GB or 2GB of DDR2 memory, a 120GB or 160GB hard drive, and a Combo optical drive or DVD burner. Its display screen also features anti-glare and has a resolution of 1366×768 pixels. Other features include 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, optional Bluetooth, Ethernet LAN, and a 56k modem, two USB ports, a PC Card slot, 3-in-1 media card reader, Firewire and a 4-cell battery. The pricing of the Dell Inspiron Mini 12-inch netbook has been unveiled. The 1.33GHz Atom version with 1GB RAM, 40GB storage, and Vista Home retails for $549, meanwhile the 1.6GHz version with 60GB storage and 6-cell battery for $599 (or $654 after promo). Priced at $1,699 upwards, the XPS One 24 features 24 inch 1,920 x 1,,080 resolution display with 16:9 aspect ratio, Intel X4500 integrated graphics chipset, 4GB RAM, Intel Q8200 Quad Core processor, Bluetooth 2.0, 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi connectivity, 8x Super-Multi DVD+/-RW slot-loading optical drive, XPS One wireless keyboard and mouse set. Dell comes back to the desktop market with a new range of OptiPlex desktop PCs. The new OptiPlex 960 model is available in the usual mini tower, slimline desktop, and small form factor versions that are priced at $902, $892, and $912, respectively. The base configurations boasts a 3.0GHz Core 2 Duo processor, 1GB of RAM, and an 80GB hard drive. You can also choose a higher specs such as a Core 2 Quad processor or a better graphics card. Dell has also released the $399 OptiPlex FX160 thin client PC, and updated versions of its OptiPlex 760 and OptiPlex 360 desktops, which feature a 2.0GHz Celeron processor in their base configurations.
