Dell’s UltraSharp U3011 widescreen flat panel monitor is now available for purchase. The 30-inch monitor comes with a resolution of 2560×1600, the IPL panel technology, a 16:10 wide aspect ratio, a 178-degree viewing angles, a 7ms of response time and a high brightness level of 370 cd/m2. The Dell UltraSharp U3011 also adopts the PremierColor technology. Dell Streak Docking Station

While people are still buzzing and going a bit crazy over their iPads, Dell has some tricks of their own up their sleeve to help them to level the playuing field a bit. One of those tricks is this new docking stationg for the Dell Streak. Of course having a docking station like this for a device with a 5 inch screen can prove to be very useful, but the real treat here is the fact that it comes with HDMI output capabilities. Dell is set to unleash their latest Android tablet ‘Streak (aka Mini 5)‘ in the UK. Unveiled back in January, the device offers a 5-inch touchscreen display, a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, a 5-megapixel camera with dual LED flash, a front facing camera, a 2GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), GPS, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, a 3.5mm headset jack and runs on Android OS. The new Dell Inspiron M501R is powered by AMD’s new Phenom II X4 mobile processor, codenamed Champlain. FYI, the Phenom II X4 is a Quad Core chip with a clock speed of up to 2.3GHz. This laptop comes with either a 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 graphics or ATI Mobility Radeon HD 550v graphics, a 15.6-inch 720p HD-capable display, a standard DVD burner and an optional Blu-ray drive. Other features include an integrated 1,3MP webcam, a couple of speakers, 802.11n WiFi, optional Bluetooth, Ethernet LAN, three USB ports, an eSATA/USB port, optional 7-in-1 media card reader, VGA and HDMI outputs, and a full-size keyboard with numeric pad. Weighing 5.83 pounds, the Dell Inspiron M501R comes equipped with a standard 6-cell battery.
