
The Denon S-32 delivers a smart way to play music from your computer throughout the home. The Wi-Fi certified S-32 gives the ability to stream music either via Ethernet, or wirelessly, from internet radio sources and other network attached storage devices such as PC or Mac computers on the network. The internet radio also comes with an FM/AM radio, a built-in dock for iPod for easy drop-in functionality and an alarm clock with auto clock set-and-adjust via internet. Denon is ready to launch seven new products in November 2010 as part of the Special Edition 100th anniversary. The new products are the PMA-A100 integrated amplifier, the DCD-A100 CD/SACD player, the DPA-A100 turntable, the DL-A100 phono cartridge, the AVR-A100 9.2Ch AV receiver, the DBP-A100 universal BD player and the AH-A100 overhead headphones. Denon will release the Denon RCD-M38 Micro HiFi system in Japan next month. Measuring 210mm x 115mm x 308.5mm, the gadget has an iPod and iPhone docking station, a CD player, “Triple noise reduction design” (T.N.R.D), an FM/AM tuner with RDS, radio text, SDB (Super Dynamic Bass) and an alarm clock. The Denon S-5BD is an audiophile grade 5.1 channel surround sound receiver with advanced Profile 2.0 Blu-ray player. Dubbed as “the Cara”, this BD player comes complete with 1080p/24p video output, DVD video scaling up to 1080p, and BD-Live support. Additionally, there are two dedicated outputs for surround back speakers that would require amplification, which means the S-5BD can be expanded to 7.1 channel surround sound setup. On the front, aside from the HDMI input, there is a USB port, an SD reader, and two 3.5mm ports for mic and headphones. Here is the latest 7.1-channel 180-watts amplifier from Denon that features AL24 Processing Plus and video upscaling capability for DVDs. The amp is compatible with Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, and Dolby Pro Logic IIz as well as supports HD playback via HDMI port. Denon Japan has recently rolled out the AH-C710 ear canal earphones exclusively for the Japanese market. These high-end earphones are made using vibration proof metal and hybrid plastic compound which suppresses unwanted vibrations. The Denon AH-C710 also supports a playback frequency of 5Hz – 25kHz, a sensitivity of 110dB/mW and zimpedance of 16-Ohm. Available in black or silver, the Denon AH-C710 retails for 15,000 Yen ($165). Denon has recently introduced a new set of noise canceling earphones for the mass market in the form of the AH-NC600. These earphones are able to suppress up to 99% of surrounding noise. The AVR-4310CI is the latest 7.1-channel A/V receiver from Denon that comes equipped with Dolby’s latest Pro Logic IIz decoder. The device supports Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio and Audyssey’s Dynamic Surround Expansion technology. Using Anchor Bay VRS processing, the receiver is able to upconvert analog and digital video sources to HD quality (up to 1080p/24/60). Other features include Audyssey MultEQ XT room acoustic correction system, an integrated HD radio, six HDMI inputs and two parallel HDMI outputs.
