
Acer and e-Machine Japan today released the EL1600 e-Machine that boasts an Intel Atom 230 (1.6GHz) CPU with a 1GB of RAM, a 160GB of HDD, 945GC Express Chipset, DVD Super Multi, and a motherboard that allows you to add a PCI Express one free slot and Microsoft Windows XP Home. The EL1600 e-Machine is priced at 35,000 Yen for a basic configuration. Acer and e-Machine also offer a more powerful desktop with a Pentium E5200 CPU, a 2GB of RAM, a 320GB of HDD, and NVidia 7100+nForce 630i. [Akihabara]

Although the design of this new desktop is ugly, the Mouse Computer MDV Advance ST 6300B boasts a powerful 2.66GHz Core i7-920 CPU with 3GB of RAM (DDR3-1333), 1TB of HDD, an NVidia GeForce 9800 GT, a TV Tuner Card with Digital BS/110 CS and a Blu-Ray disk burner. Dell is ready to release three new T-series workstations, including T3500, T5500, and T7500. These computers offer up to 1.5TB of storage space, an eSATA port, DisplayPort connectors and are EnergyStar compliant. The first in the line up is the T3500 that will support up to 24GB RAM. The T5500 offers a higher RAM capacity at up to 72GB. Dual sport sockets will also be included to make it possible to use dual Intel Xeons. And finally, the T7500 supports up to 192GB RAM running at 1,066MHz or 1,333MHz. This model also features dual native Gen 2 PCIe graphics card slots with support for NVIDIA SLI tech. Dell and Gateway has launched Core i7 PCs last November. HP has decided to follow them by releasing the Pavilion Elite m9600, a quad core Core i7-equipped desktop that is priced at $949. The computer offers rich entertainment features for videos, games, photos and more. For an enhanced high-definition (HD) experience, the HP Pavilion Elite m9600 series desktop PC can be paired with one of HP’s new widescreen monitors. [HP]

Apple has decided to release its new desktop PC Mac Pro in Taiwan by the end of March 2009. This All-in-one PC is available in a variety of colors and offers a Core 2 Quad processor, 4GB of memory, 750GB hard disk, 6x USB, integrated 1.3 megapixel webcam, and NVIDIA GeForce 9400 graphics, and Blu-ray player.
