iRiver Japan will be released its D5 dictionary for the Japanese market on June 13th, 2008. This electronic dictionary features 2GB or 4GB of memory, 3 inch LCD Screen with 480×272 pixel resolution, MPEG-4 video and MP3 audio playback, FM radio, Voice recorder. Inkel is a Korean based company has released the MU-D Multimedia Dictionary; a hybrid device between a PMP with a DMB TV Tuner (Digital TV), and a dictionary.powered by WinCE 5.0.
