Sony has officially announced the availability of its new Sony Cybershot digital cameras in Japan. The Cybershot DSC-T90 and DSC-T900 are two 12.1MP cameras that offer the latest Super HAD CCD, BIONZ image processor and record video in 720p30 at both 6 and 9Mbps. Samsung today releases not one but four new digicams from its SL Series. These point-and-shoot cameras are SL820 and SL620 12.1 Megapixels cameras and SL202 and SL30 are 10 Megapixels cameras. The SL820 boasts 720P video recording and HDMI out. Meanwhile, the SL620 only records VGA video. The Samsung SL202 and SL30 offer a 2.7 inch LCD and a 2.5 inch LCD, respectively. Fujifilm will release a waterproof point-and-shoot FinePix Z33WP camera next month. This 10-megapixel camera will be available in three distinct color schemes including black, green or pink. The Z33WP can drop down to depths of 10-feet. Sadly, it is not shockproof. Other cool features include a 3x optical zoom lens, Face Detection Technology, Automatic Red Eye Removal, SR Auto (auto scene recognition) and blog mode, which automatically resizes images to 640×480.
