Even though digital photoframes are the least popular, Sony has managed to launch 3 new models in the S series. They feature a WVGA screen resolution of 800×480, from 256MB up to 512MB of internal memory, a 15:9 aspect ratio, ten pattern slide show, USB and HDMI terminals ,support for JPEG, RAW, TIFF and BMP, support for BIONZ technology, a position censor , a clock display, and a multi card reader. The DPF-V900 has a 9†LCD and HDMI, the DFP-V700 has a 7†LCD and HDMI, and the DFP-D70 has a 7†LCD without HDMI. Behold the PF-E700 from Mustek is one of the first digital photo frames that has another LCD along with other features such as an alarm and plays back music and video. Of course it comes with the basics such as: a 7-inch 480 x 234 primary display, and support for SD, Memory Stick and Compact Flash. The second LCD displays time, date and temperature information. D-link has announced the arrival of their newest digital frame with wi-fi. It features that enable you to pull pictures from RSS feeds, USB drives, flash cards and a Yahoo Widget that allows you to drop an image from you desktop enabling appear automatically on the DSM-210 as well as an ethernet plug, calendar programs, and a rechargeable battery. This is definitely a great buy for $250.
