Sony today released a new portable Blu-ray/DVD player namely the BDP-SX1. The gadget features a 10.1-inch LED backlight display with up to 1,024×600 pixels resolution. Sony is ready to launch two new portable DVD players in Japan. The 9-inch DVP-FX970 and 7-inch DVP-FX750 come equipped with a 12Bit 108MHz Video D/A converter and 96kHz 24Bit Audio D/A converter. Both portable DVD players also support MP3 and JPEG files, which are stored in a CD. What’s more, the Sony DVP-FX970 has a 180 degrees swivel display.
