The new LG FB44 iPod docking station has been unveiled during IFA 2009. The iPod dock produces a total output power of 40-watts, which is more than enough for listening to music in a small room. The gadget also supports DVD playback with a 1080p upscaling and a HDMI port, so you can connect the LG FB44 to your HDTV. iLive has recently unveiled a couple of new bar speakers in the form of the iT209B and iT319B. Both speakers come equipped with a built-in iPod dock, a digital clock with an adjustable sleep timer, a DVD player that is able to upconvert to 1080p, S-Video and composite ports, and an AM/FM radio. The iLive iT319B boasts a 3.1-channel speaker system with a built-in subwoofer and SRS TruSound technology. While, the iLive iT209B has all the features of the previous models, with some additions. The DVP-FX930 is Sony’s latest portable DVD player that comes with a 9-inch LCD with a 800×480 resolution. Its battery provides up to 6-hours of DVD playback time. Toshiba releases the SD-P93DTW, which is the company’s latest portable DVD player that features a digital and analog 1Seg TV tuner, a 9 inch (800 x 480) display screen, and an SD memory slot. The player also supports DTS/DOBLY DVDs as well as DviX videos. The DCP951/37 is the latest portable DVD player from Philips that provides a retractable iPod dock for iPod touch, nano and classic. Sadly, the player only supports 640 × 220 resolution, but at least it is able to handle majority of all standard video discs with an SD memory card slot to boot. Other features include MP3 playback, two 3.5mm stereo headphone jacks for sharing and a 3 hour playback time. Bluedot comes back with a new portable DVD player. The BDP-1726 comes with a 7 inch (800×480) display and supports DviX, MP3 and JPEG files. It is also able to play these multimedia files stored on a SD or SDHC card. Its battery offers enough juice for up to 5 hours of playback time.
