iRex will be releasing the iLiad Book Edition E-Book Reader. It features a 8.1-inch XGA display, 16 grayscale, 400MHZ XScale CPU, 64MB RAM, wacom-based touch input, 256MB flash memory, USB, MMC, and CF slots, reads PDF, HTML, TXT, Mobipocket, JPG, BMP, and PNG, has a 3.5mm audio out as well as a travel-hub add-on with ethernet. Netronix is set to release two new e-books: one 6-inch (EB-100) and one 9.7-inch which is the EB-300. The EB-300 comes with a 1200 x 825, 170 dpi, 4 grayscale screen, 4GB of NAND storage, 64MB of SDRAM, and SD card expansion. Additional features include wifi and bluetooth connectivity, along with Windows CE 5.0. Lastly the EB-100 runs Linux and has a 6-inch 800 x 600 screen.
