
Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) today unveiled a new all-in-one PC system called the G11. The computer features a Mini-ITX form factor motherboard, the Intel 2nd generation Core processors, and the Intel H61 chipset. The ECS G11 also has a 21.5-inch wide LED touchscreen display supporting 10-finger multitouch with up to 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) resolution, up to 8GB DDR3 memory, up to 1TB hard disk drive, and a DVD burner. Additional specs include 6x USB 2.0 ports, a 6-in-1 card reader, 802.11a/b/g/n WLAN, and an HDMI port. [ECS]

The ECS EB-850R color e-book reader is currently on display at Computex 2011. The gadget features an 8-inch (800 x 600) color resistive touchscreen with a Wondermedia 8650 processor, a choice of 256MB or 512MB of RAM and up to 32GB of storage space. Powered by the Google Android 2.2 OS, the ECS EB-850R also has a microSDHC card reader for storage expansion, Wi-FI and optional 2G/3G. This eReader is compatible with ePUB, PDF, FB2, TXT, CHM, RTF, JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF, MP3, AAC, OGG and WAV file formats. [Akihabara]

Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) has introduced a series of Oak Trail-powered tablets at CeBIT 2011. One of these tablets is a 7-inch model that features an Intel Atom Z670 Lincroft processor, a 7-inch WSVGA (1024 X 600) capacitive touchscreen, a 1GB of DDR2 RAM, a solid state drive, a 3-megapixel rear camera, a 1.3-megapixel front facing camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, an optional 3.5G and the Microsoft Windows 7 OS. Here comes another low-profile graphics card from ECS, the GeForce GT 430. Based on NVIDIA’s reference design, the card comes with 96 CUDA cores, a 128-bit memory interface, a GPU clock of 700MHz, a shader clock of 1400MHz, a 1GB of DDR3 memory and an active cooling system. Not to worry, the card also supports for DirectX 11, CUDA and PhysX technologies, and has D-Sub, DVI as well as HDMI outputs. The should become available soon for under $100. [ECS]

ECS has unveiled a new ECS P67H2-A motherboard, which is based on Intel P67-Express. Developed by LucidLogix, the P67H2-A will become the premium ECS Sandy Bridge board, with a Lucid Hydra 200 chip at its core for a variety of multi-graphics options. This motherboard supports two video boards to work together. In addition, the ECS P67H2-A also features a trio of PCI Express 2.0 x16 slots, two PCI Express x1 and two PCI slots. Other specs include dual Gigabit Ethernet and a pair of NEC USB 3.0 controllers which support total of 4 ports, 2 on the rear panel and another 2 on the front panel. [DailyDigitals]

This space-saving machine boasts a 21.5-inch 1920 x 1080 Full HD display, an optional 1.66GHz Intel Atom D410 or D510 processor, an Intel NM10 Express chipset, up to 4GB RAM, a 2.5-inch HDD bay, a DVD burner, a 5-in-1 card reader, two 2W stereo speakers, six USB 2.0 ports, WiFi (optional), 3G (optional) and WiMAX (optional). Here’s a look at ECS’s upcoming Micro ATX motherboard called the H55H-M. Designed to support the upcoming Clarkdale 32nm processors, this new H55-based motherboard integrates two DDR3-1333 memory slots, one PCIe x16 slot, two PCIe x1, one PCI slot, a 4-phase power, a 5.1 channel audio and supports for LGA 1156 CPUs. The board also comes with several connectivity ports including six SATA 3.0 Gbps, Gigabit Ethernet, VGA, D-Sub and DVI. Pricing and availability are still unknown at the moment. Read more

ECS will be launching an Atom-based laptop called the G10IL. It comes with a Diamondville, er, Atom CPU, Windows XP or Linux system , a single RAM slot (up to 2GB), an HDD or SSD, 1.3-megapixel webcam, 4-in-1 multicard reader, a 8.2- / 10.2-inch glossy display and a 4- / 6-cell battery, wifi, bluetooth, as well as built-in HSDPA / HSUPA.
