
A new Full HD monitor from EIZO is about to enter the Japanese market. Called the FlexScan EV2116W, this 21.5-inch LED-backlight monitor delivers 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 5ms response time and provides 170/160 degree viewing angles. In addition, it also comes with a built-in speaker and features D-Sub, DVI-D and HDMI connectors. The FlexScan EV2116W will start shipping from November 4th for 29,800 Yen (about $389). [EIZO]

Eizo is ready to release the DuraVision FDH3601 in the Japanese market. The 36.4-inch monitor comes with a 4K2K resolution (4,096 x 2,160), two DVI-D ports, two DisplayPort inputs, a 1,000:1 contrast ratio, a 700cd/m2 brightness level and an 8ms response time. The Eizo DuraVision FDH3601 will be available in September 2011 for 2,880,000 Yen or around $35,871. [Eizo]

Eizo will launch a new monitor in the European market, the FORIS FS2332. The 23-inch IPS monitor features a 6ms response time, a 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, a 250 cd/m2 brightness and a 1000:1 contrast ratio. The FORIS FS2332 also has dual 0.5 watt internal speakers and a headphone jack. Additional specs include dual HDMI inputs, one DVI-D (digital), and one D-Sub (analog). The Eizo ColorEdge CG275W is a 27-inch self-calibrating monitor for professionals in digital photography, graphic design, video editing and post-production. The monitor has a built-in calibration sensor, which can be scheduled to self-calibrate outside of work hours when the computer is turned off. The monitor features a native resolution of 2560×1440 pixels, a maximum brightness of 270 cd/m2, a contrast ratio of 850:1, a 6ms gray-to-gray response time and a 178° viewing angles. EIZO is gearing up to drop their newest professional monitor ‘FlexScan SX2762W-HX’ into the market. This new 27-inch widescreen monitor makes use of an IPS panel that is capable of providing 97% coverage of the Adobe RGB color space. On top of that, it also delivers 2560 x 1440 native resolution, 850:1 contrast ratio, 270 cd/m2 brightness and 6ms response time, and comes with a number of connectivity ports including two USB, DVI, DisplayPort and Mini DisplayPort. Eizo is ready to launch the DuraVision FDF2301-3D Full HD monitor, which is equipped with the Naked-Eye 3D technology. This technology uses a directional backlight, allowing users to view 3D images without 3D glasses. Eizo’s recommended viewing distance for 3D images is 890mm. The display has the ability to offer a number of 3D viewing modes including Side by Side, Anaglyph, Frame Sequential and Dual Input. Measuring 650mm x 261.7mm x 566.3mm and weighing 16kg, the Eizo DuraVision FDF2301-3D will be available in the first half of the 2011 for around $12,000. [Eizo]

Eizo Nanao Corporation is ready to release a successor to the FlexScan T2351W 23-inch widescreen monitor, which was introduced in September 2010. Dubbed as the FlexScan T1751, the new 17-inch LCD monitor offers multitouch capabilities through Windows 7 for an intuitive way to use applications with two fingers on
the screen by tapping, scrolling, dragging, pinching, etc. The FlexScan T1751 is ideal for schools and businesses that prefer a smaller screen in a standard 5:4 aspect ratio. What’s more, this digital display complies with leading medical standards including EN60601-1, UL60601-1, and the CE Medical Device Directive, making it suitable for use in hospitals and clinics. The FlexScan T1751 features a VA (vertical alignment) panel with a native resolution of 1280 x 1024, a brightness level of 180 cd/m2 and a contrast ratio of 1500:1. In case you didn’t remember, this 23-inch widescreen monitor makes use of a VA (Vertical Alignment) panel and provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 10,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 300 cd/m2 brightness and 7ms (G2G) response time.
