A new Android tablet has recently entered the market, this time from Elonex called the 760ET. Specs-wise, the device sports a 7-inch 480 x 800 resistive touchscreen display, a 1GHz processor, a 4GB of flash storage, a microSD card slot, a webcam, an accelerometer sensor, WiFi, an HDMI port, built-in stereo speakers and runs on Android 2.2 Froyo OS. Toys ‘R’ Us has started selling the Elonex eTouch Android tablet. The 7-inch model is priced at £89.99 ($143), while the 10-inch model costs £149.99 ($239). Weighing at just 695 grams, the Elonex eTouch Android tablet has a 2GB SSD on board, which can be expandable via a micro SD card slot. The Android 2.1-powered tablet runs on a 1GHz ARM 11 processor and features a 2.0 USB port, a mini USB port, a 3.5-inch audio port. a microphone, a Stereo speaker with volume adjustment, an included 2GB micro SD card and a power adapter. Elonex has showed off their latest color e-Book reader at IFA 2010 called the freeBook 700FB. Specs-wise, the device is packed with a 7-inch 480 x 800 color LCD display, a 2GB of internal memory, an SD/MMC card slot (up to 16GB), a built-in microphone, a 3.5mm headset jack and an integrated speaker. Not to mention, the device also supports most of multimedia file formats including WAV, MP3, AVI, XVID, MPEG-1, H.264, JPEG, GIF, PNG, ePub as well as PDF. The Elonex 710EB e-book reader comes equipped with a 7-inch LED backlit color LCD display with a 800 x 480 pixel resolution, so you can also use this gadget as a photo viewer or a media player. Measuring 7.67-inch x 4.72-inch x 0.66-inch, the eReader is powered by an M10 processor with an integrated graphics processor, 802.11b/g wireless connectivity, a 128MB RAM, a micro-USB port and a microSD slot for storage expansion. The device also supports a number of reader formats including ePub and PDF. The Elonex 710EB will come pre-loaded with 100 titles to start users off as well as access to wireless download of a huge number of titles. There is a built-in speaker and a headphone jack to share the MP3 and audio book content with friends and family or enjoy in private. Additionally, its battery provides up to 8-hour of battery life. Elonex is releasing their newest creation, the Cube Play Boombox Stereo System. It has al the similar outside features a regular stereo system has but with alot of twist: a 7-inch LCD display for watching DVD’s or OTA through the built-in DVD and DVB TV tuner.
