Epson’s latest USB 2.0 Perfection V500 flatbed scanner sports a 6400dpi optical resolution and 48-bit color depth. It means that users can create 17″ x 22″ or bigger enlargements from film with incredible detail and accuracy. Additionally, with 48-bit color depth and a 3.4 dynamic range, the Epson V500 Photo produces scans with brilliant, true-to-life colors. This scanner also features the firm’s ReadyScan LED technology, which eliminates warm-up time both when turning on the scanner and when switching back-and-forth between reflective and film scanning, as well as automatically turns off in standby mode, using less power while offering greater productivity. Epson today announced three new all-in-ones printers that enhance productivity and convenience for the small office and home office environments. In addition, the Stylus CX8400 is equipped with a 2.5-inch LCD, and prints at 32 ppm in both black and color. Both printers are able to print pictures directly from memory card or camera, so you won’t need the PC to print your favorite photos. The Epson Stylus CX7400, CX8400 and CX9400Fax are priced at $70, $100, and $150 respectively.

If you want to buy a home theater system, you can choose the Ensemble Home Cinema system from Epson. The system consists of an Epson Powerlite Cinema 1080p 3LCD front projector, projector mount, 100-inch motorized screen, an integrated Atlantic Technology 5.1 surround sound system, 10-inch 50-watt subwoofer, AV controller, dual HDMI inputs and 1080p up converting DVD player and with all the needed cables. Epson P-3000 is a hard drive-based portable media player that comes with 40GB worth of storage space and plays H.264 format videos on its 4 inch display. Its battery provides three hours of playback time for video, and six hours for audio. Epson P-3000 retails for $499.

The Epson Endeaver NJ2050 low-cost laptop is using Microsoft’s Windows XP Home Edition operating system and boasts a 1.73GHz Celeron processor, 40GB hard drive, and 256MB of RAM. Unfortunately, this laptop has only a standard CD-ROM drive. It’s a great laptop for those who don’t need those expensive notebooks with high specs. The Epson NJ2050 retails for around $590.
