Eurotech Zypad WL 1500 Wearable Computer

The Eurotech Zypad WL 1500 is a new wearable computer, which is designed for field workers and medical professionals who need a computer that can be operated with a single hand. The computer has a 3.5-inch TFT LCD that is touch sensitive with a QVGA resolution. The backlight of the screen is automatically controlled by an ambient light sensor. Its hot swappable battery provides enough juice for up to 8-hour of operation time. Additional specs include a 12-key keyboard, a 128MB of SDRAM, a microSD card slot for storage expansion, a SIM card slot and an integrated GPS. Eurotech's Atom-powered in-wall Panel Computers

Eurotech today released three in-wall panel computers that are powered by Intel’s Atom processor. The 12-inch Vx-120F-N270 and 15-inch Vx-150F-N270 are powered by an Intel Atom N270 processor, a fanless design, a high-brightness LCD screen, two Gigabit Ethernet jacks, a front-mounted USB port and an expansion slot for add-on boards. Meanwhile, the Bx-400F-N270 is a rugged in-wall panel computer, which can resist mechanical and temperature stresses, commonly found in industrial applications.
