
Casio Europe released a brand new Exilim camera today with excellent features such as a wide 3-inch LCD display, a wide-angle zoom lens, a CCD-shift anti-shake function and the face detection technology. The newest digital camera by Casio, which was showcased at CES, has now surfaced the net. The EX-Z9 features a 2.6-inch LCD monitor, face detection technology, anti-shake DSP, a 3x optical zoom, 18.6MB storage, an SD / SDHC / MMC expansion slot, a video mode capable of capturing at 848 x 480 pixels and a rechargeable Li-ion along with a USB / AV output socket and 23 “Best Shot†modes. Casio should teach cameras a thing or two about how to capture better pictures! Well here’s something Casio has in their Exilim Pro EX-F1 camera. How about ultra fast photo and video capture. Meaning 60fps for photos and 1200fps for videos. There is a photographic mode where the camera starts to capture in 60fps fast mode as soon as you touch the shutter button. You then go back a second time to find a better shot after first reviewing all photos. Sounds simple enough, why can’t all cameras have that?
