The almighty FCC has finally approved the new Acer RMTP-S1Q Touch Pad Media Center Remote. The device has a sleek form factor with no buttons visible when the device is turned off. At the push of a button, the RMTP-S1Q illuminates to reveal media controls, allowing you to easily view photos and videos, or listen to music. The surface of the RMTP-S1Q is touch sensitive and it works just like a large touchpad with support for standard clicking as well as multi-touch gestures. The FCC has finally approved the Hannspree 10-inch Android tablet, which means this gadget will go on sale in the US very soon. The Hannspree Android Tablet features a 10.1-inch multitouch display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, the Google Android 2.2 Froyo OS and a 1GHz Tegra 2 SOC processor. Additional specs include a built-in 16GB of storagespace, a microSD card slot, a mini USB port, a 3,500mAh battery and an HDMI out. The tablet is able to play Full HD video in 1080p via an HDMI port. FCC (Federal Communications Commission) has recently approved a new nettop PC from a Chinese-based company Giada called the Slim-i30, meaning the product should reach US stores soon. Specs-wise, this space-saving machine is packed with a 1.66GHz Intel Atom D510 dual-core processor, a NVIDIA ION 2 graphics card, a 2GB RAM, a 320GB hard drive, a 4-in-1 card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, an HDMI output and WiFi.
