
Apple has finally released the 27-inch iMac Graphics Firmware Update 1.0 to fix screen flickering, where it will update the graphics firmware on ATI Radeon HD 4670 and 4850 graphics cards. The firmware update weighs in at 683KB and requires at least Mac OS X 10.6.2. [MacRumors]

The Casio EX-F1 has received the latest firmware update. The firmware 1.10 adds the new “Prerecord Movie” function that allows video capture of 5 seconds before the photographer actually presses the button. This update is compatible with the EX-F1′s 300 fps, 600 fps, 1200 fps, and 30-300 fps high-speed movie modes, the 1,920 x 1,080-pixel full HD movie mode and the 1,280 x 720-pixel HD movie mode. Sony Japan has recently released the Firmware version 3.95 for the Sony PSP. This update offers two new features including the ability to add custom button configuration for PS1 game playback and to quit remote play with your Sony PlayStation 3 while still leaving the Sony PlayStation 3 on. Fujifilm has made some awesome updates to the Z10fd and Z100fd camera models. Firstly, the startup speed for both models while using xD cards, the camera-to-computer transfer with higher capacity media in the Z10fd, and the adjustment of the underwater white balance on the Z100fd. Sounds like both models will be even better than before!

Apple has recently released its Apple iPod software version 1.2.3 for fifth-generation iPods. The update offers “bug fixes,” including an issue where “iPod does not display any songs or content on the device after updating to iPod software 1.2.2.” iPod software version 1.2.3 is available now via the Update feature in iTunes.

Nokia has released a new v20 firmware upgrade for the Nokia N95 phone.
