Toshiba will launch the TransMemory-EX USB 3.0 flash drive in the Japanese market. Available in 32GB and 64GB models, the storage device features 220MB/s read speed and 95MB/s write speed. Toshiba claims that the TransMemory-EX is able to copy a 25GB video file in less than 5 minutes. The company will launch the TransMemory-EX USB 3.0 flash drive in February 2012. Designed for business professionals, the ADATA N005 Pro is a higher-end model that provides a fast 180MB/sec read speed and a 90MB/sec write speed. It is available in 8GB, 16GB, 32GB and 64GB of storage capacities. The ADATA S102 Pro is a mid-range version that offers a 100MB/sec read speed and a 50MB/sec write speed.
