
Brando comes back with the series of USB thumb drives with decorative crystals. You can attach it to your cellphone or keys with the strap included. However, I have no idea why Brando didn’t mention the storage capacity. The USB Jewel Thumb Drive Series is currently available in Tear Drop, Ribbon, Classical, Skeleton, Fortune and Diamond varieties. The Classical USB Jewel Thumb Drive is my favorite. Plankton from Netherlands offers a new USB memory stick that looks like a nail jammed in your PC or laptop when plugged in. The USB flash drive provides a 1GB storage capacity and retails for €29.50 or about $46 each. [Product Page]

Pexagon has announced they will be selling customized USB flash drives. Their website allows you to choose one design from several designs and preview how the finished product will look before buying it. There is 14 colors to choose from, and a max storage of 8GB for about $52. [ChipChick]

Have you played Xbox 360’s Halo 3? Mimoco introduced their own Halo series of USB flash drives. Compatible with USB 2.0, the Halo Mimobot Series 1 line replicates the likeness of Master Chief, Halo’s hero. You can pick this flash drive in Spartan blue, red or Master Chief’s preference, forest green. These Mimoco’s Halo USB drives are also limited editions. The Master Chief Green version will be limited to 5,000 drives while Red Spartan and Blue Spartan drives will be limited to 3,000 units.
Each Halo USB drive will come pre-loaded with Halo themed screensavers, wallpapers, comic book pages, sound files and excepts from an upcoming Halo novel. Available on October 18, the 1GB version retails for $49.95, 2GB will be $69.95 and a 4GB is priced at $109.95.
