NES, SNES and GBA Flash Drives and Hard Drives

There are still a whole lot of fans of classic games out there despite all of the revolutions in technology with the new gaming systems. A good way to show your loyalty to these classic games is with these new flash drives and hard drives that use classic game cartridges for their casings. EDGE Tech adds two new 32GB flash drives to its established DiskGO product line namely the DiskGO Mini and the DiskGO Backup. Measuring at just 1.4-inch x 1.0-inch, the DiskGO Mini comes pre-installed with the CryptArchiver Lite software that protects data from unauthorized use with government level AES encryption. The device also has a unique sliding USB connector that is concealed when not in use. An attached key ring makes it easy to take the Mini anywhere.

The DiskGO Backup comes with the Dmailer Backup software that will back up selected files to the device thanks to 128-bit AES encryption, followed by an automatic back up of said files in the future each time the device is plugged in. The 32GB model of DiskGO Mini and DiskGO Backup are priced at $94.95 each. [Press Release]

Mimoco comes back with the Mimoco Lobot and Monster Molly flash drives. Both flash drives provide up to 16GB of storage capacity. The company will introduce the Lobot flash drive at the International Comic Con in San Diego, while the Monster Molly flash drive at a convention in Taiwan Taipei. Designer Shu-Chun Hsiao has creatively designed the super-solid flash drives that can withstand great abuse. Known as the Concrete Flash Drive, the device is enclosed in a block of cement engraved with their storage capacity (64grams for 64GB, etc.).
