Idamtec BOOM 2 Portable Boombox

Korean gadget manufacturer Idamtec today introduced the BOOM 2 portable boombox. The gadget features an FM radio, an alarm clock and an MP3 player. The Idamtec BOOM 2 also provides a 3.5mm standard audio plug, allowing you to connect the boombox with your laptop, MP3 player and smartphone. Sony SRF-18 Compact FM/ AM Radio And Speaker Combo

Sony Japan has introduced a new fancy gadget namely the Sony SRF-18. It is actually a combination of an FM/AM tuner with a built-in speaker. Measuring 155.4mm x 34.2mm x 80.3mm and weighing 198 grams, the Sony SRF-18 has a couple of 80mW speakers and basic radio recording features. The gadget draws its power from two AA batteries, offering up to 47-hour of continuous listening time. Available in black, white and red, the Sony SRF-18 will be launched in October 2011 for 3,500 Yen($45). Read more
