Fujifilm will release the classic KLASSE W Black silver camera in Japanese market later this month. All the equipment for such cameras is still easy to find, for example in the Yodobashi Camera shops. The Fujifilm KLASSE W Black camera will be released in November 22, 2007 for around $90.

The Fujifilm tape tracker is a GPS-Broadcasting system within a data tape case. It’s designed to put in a tape with data tapes to keep tabs on physical backups when they go off site. The FujiFilm F480 is the company’s latest 8MP shooter that comes jam packed with 28mm wide-angle Fuji dragon lens with 4x optical zoom and 2.7 inch ultra LCD display. The camera utilities a special purpose lithium battery NP-40N for longer life and also supports XD/SD/SDHC memory cards for storage. It also has the photo sensitiveness equal to ISO800. The FujiFilm F480 retails for around $180(after conversion).

Fujifilm announced the release of Finepix S8000fd, its new 8MP shooter with an 18x optical zoom lens and a 3x digital zoom lens in the Japan market, perfect for honing in on hot girls in sailor suits. The camera offers an equivalent focal range of 27 to 486mm stabilization, and adopts face detection technology. The S8000fd also offers a 2.5′ LCD screen and is powered by four AA Batteries. No word on pricing yet.

Fujifilm is finally released its Z100FD digicam in Japan. The camera comes jam packed with 8MP sensor, 5x optical zoom, 2.5″ LCD screen, face detection (up to 10 persons), video mode @ 30 FPS in VGA, and ISO 1600. No word on pricing yet.

The Fujifilm F50fd camera boasts of 12MP CCD sensor in a very slim body. The 7th generation CCD sensor comes with a 3x zoom, face detection that can detect up to 10 human faces in a scene in as little as 5/100’s of a second, Automatic Red Eye Removal function, Dual Image Stabilization and ISO settings of up to ISO 6400. In the Blog mode, the FinePix F50fd copies and automatically reduces the size of copied images for easy posting to a blog, Web page or as an attachment to email for easy sharing with friends and family while maintaining the original file. The xD/ SD/ SD-HC compatible slots are the other goodies bundled into the camera. The FinePix F50fd will be released in September 2007 at a retail price of $299.95.

It looks like the Canon PowerShot A450 and the Canon Coolpix L12 have some new competitors. Fujifilm has announced two new entry-level shooters. The first is the Finepix A920, sporting a 9MP CCD, 4x zoom and a 2.7-inch screen and retails for $199.95. The Finepix F480 has similar specs to the Finepix A920 except it comes with a smaller 8MP CCD sensor and is 0.4-inches thinner. The Finepix F480 is priced at $179.95.

Fujifilm has announced the launch of its digital camera, IS Pro, which is next generation of UVIR compatible DSLR and is built on the same platform as the FinePix S5 Pro Digital SLR system. The camera utilities 12.3MP CCD sensor and Real Photo Pro technology. Fujifilm IS Pro will retail for $2.600 in August.
