The Gundam Halloween alarm clock will wake you up with the original sound of the voice of Haruka Inoue from the Japanese Anime Gundam. In case you didn’t know, Gundam is a series of Japanese Anime created by Sunrise studios that features giant robots (or “mecha”) called Gundam. Measuring 149mm x 95mm x95mm and weighing 280grams, the alarm clock also features a snooze function and a calendar (up to 2099). It requires 2x AA batteries and a solar cell to operate. Bandai has recently announced a Gundam figurine in pure platinum. Measuring 125mm and weighing 1.4Kg, this platinum Gundam is made up of 89 parts and has a .15 carat diamond. The statue is valued at US $250,000 and will be on display at the Basel World 2007 watch and jewelry trade fair in Basel, Switzerland.
