Using the Aleratec HDD Cruiser, you can quickly duplicate your hard drive content. It is actually a 1:1 hard drive duplicator that is able to support copy speeds of up to 70MB/s. The Cruiser also provides a USB 2.0 port allowing access to both SATA drive bays from a PC for editing or viewing. Toshiba comes back with two new Digital Video Recorders (DVRs) for the Japanese market. The Toshiba Vardia RD-G503 has a huge 500GB of hard drive, while the RD-E303 has a 300GB hard drive. Both DVRs supports DVD burner, MPEG-2 TS and H.264/MPEG-4 AVC recording, Digital / Analog tuner, DVD upscaling and two remote controls (one for a fully functional and one with the basic controls). Dubbed as the HandyDrive MMH2 UB series, the device is available in capacities of 500GB, 400GB, 320GB and 250GB in a portable 2.5-inch design. Measuring 137.5mm x 83.5mm x 15mm, the drive also comes with a software that allows users to manage partitions, a password lock tool that protects data if a drive is lost or stolen, and Acronis True Image Personal HDD software, which provides fast and easy data backup.
