
Century Japan today unveiled the new Century Razoku Line CRIB535EUF super-combo external hard drive bay that can hold five hot-swappable 3.5-inch SATA HDDs. Measuring 5.1-inch x 7.3-inch x 10.2-inch and weighing 7.3 lbs, the storage device supports hard drives of up to 3TB per bay for a total of up to 15TB of storage space. The Century Razoku Line CRIB535EUF also provides a USB 3.0, Firewire and eSATA ports for a high speed transfer rate. In addition, a couple of 6cm cooling fans will keep these hard drives chilled. Logitec has recently launched the “Master Series of Japan” external hard disk drive in Japan. Designed for professionals, the storage device connect to the computer via a USB 2.0 port. You are lucky if you are living in Japan, because Century has released a new SATA HDD enclosure in that country. The Century CRIB535EU3 is a five-bay HDD enclosure that supports both USB 3.0 and eSATA. The device comes with different RAID modes including RAID 0 capable to offer you up to 10TB of storage space (5x 2TB), RAID1, RAID5/RAID3, RAID 10, Combine and Clear RAID. Designed by Sequoia-studio, the Octave is an artistically beautiful hard drive that incorporates a simple shape and airy architecture. This external hard drive features a thin black anodized aluminum grid to increase ventilation. The polished perforated aluminum plate keeps this high-capacity drive silent and cool. Novac will launch its newest HDD rack, the NV-HS402U3S. The high-speed HDD rack features four 3.5-inch hard drive slots with multiple fans to keep everything cool. Team Group has finally launched the TP-1023 external USB 3.0 hard drive that features an eye-catching sports car design and coating. Available in 500GB, 640GB, 750GB and 1TB of storage capacities, the storage device delivers a fast transfer speed up to 5Gbps. The shock-resistant hard disk drive also supports the automatic suspend mode to shut down the hard drive after idling for a particular period of time. Buffalo has just announced two new products for the consumer, the MiniStation Stealth and the DriveStation Axis LED. The MiniStation Stealth is a USB-powered compact portable hard drive, which is compatible with PC or Mac computer, while the DriveStation Axis LED is an easy to use external hard drive for the instant addition of external storage to any device using a USB port. The Buffalo DriveStation Axis LED features an easy-to-read integrated capacity meter and a unique chassis. It can be positioned vertically or horizontally, adapting to the location it is used in for efficient use of space and providing immediate feedback regarding storage capacity. Both HDD enclosures provide a blazing fast 5Gbps USB 3.0 speed, which is 10 times faster than USB 2.0 enclosures. The TRENDnet TU3-S35 and TU3-S25 can hold a SATA I or II hard disk drive with storage capacities in excess of one Terabyte (hard drive sold separately).
