Sony has announced the BRAVIA HX850 LED LCD HDTV. Available in 46-inch and 55-inch, the BRAVIA HX850 features a 1080p full HD resolution in both 2D and 3D, a frameless Monolithinc Design with Corning Gorilla Glass for durability and a 240Hz refresh rate to reduce the blurring caused during high-speed action and sports sequences. The new Lenovo K91 Smart TV is claimed as the world’s first Smart TV with the Google Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. The 55-inch 3D-capable HDTV is powered by a 1.5GHz Snapdragon 8060 dual-core processor, a 1GB of RAM, an HD IPS LED screen with a 240Hz refresh rate, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for video conferencing, an 8GB HDD internal storage, an included 2GB removable SD card, SRS Tru Surround HD audio, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 10M/100M Ethernet, USB 2.0 port and an HDMI port. There is also a remote controller with a voice control, a motion sensor, a touchpad and a 5-way controller. The Lenovo K91 Smart TV will be launched in China very soon. LG is ready to introduce the world’s largest 3D Ultra Definition (UD) TV with a display size of 84-inch at CES 2012 in Las Vegas. What makes this 3D UD TV special is that it offers a native resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels or about 8 million pixels. Measuring at only 4mm thin and weighing 7.5 Kg, the 84-inch LG 3D Ultra Definition (UD) TV also incorporates 4-Color Pixels and Color Refiner, which provide natural and accurate colors.
