The special edition HDTV features an exclusive Street Fighter splash screen that will appear for 8 seconds when the TV is turned on. Additionally, the Street Fighter IV-branded HDTV has been splashed with color and imagery from Capcom’s latest Street Fighter IV video game. People Of Lava has developed the Scandinavia HDTV that runs on Google’s Android OS. The Scandinavia HDTV will be available in a variety of sizes such as 42-inch, 47-inch, and 55-inch. Each HDTVs is powered by an 833MHz ARM Cortex A8 processor and Android 1.5 OS. Sony Japan has debuted a new series of LCD TV that comes equipped with a built-in hard disk drive. The new Sony BRAVIA BX series supports a 100,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, CCFL back-lighting, a 720p HD resolution, a 24p True Cinema, BRAVIA Engine 2, BRAVIA Sync and a 500GB of hard disk drive. Audio features are rather standard at 5.1ch audio output and SteadySound to keep audio levels normalized. LG is ready to launch their latest LG Infinia LE8500 that will be available in 42-inch, 47-inch and 55-inch. Sharp has recently dropped two new AQUOS LCD HDTVs for the mass market by launching the 60-inch LC-60E77UN and 65-inch LC-65E77UM. These HDTVs utilize Sharp’s Advanced Super View (ASV) Superlucent Panel for delivering a dramatically bright and crisp picture with reduced haze and reflectivity. On top of that, they also provide 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 4ms response time and 120Hz refresh rate.
