The Audio Bone Aqua headphones adopt the bone conductor technology and waterproof protection that bring music to you no matter how bad the weather is. The sound is transmitted to the brain through vibrations in the bones and skin tissues. Sound vibrations can be sent directly to the cochlea through the skull. In addition, the headphones connect to your music player or mobile phone via wires. The company is now working on a Bluetooth version. Morito’s Audio Bone Aqua waterproof headphone will be available from August at around $80.

JVC claims that its new HA-NC250 noise canceling earphones are capable of eliminating up to 85% of background noise due to its noise cancellation circuitry. Each earpiece comes with a 40mm neodymium drive and can be folded flat for easy transportation. Priced at $199.95, the headphones feature a 4-foot detachable cord, a carry case, an adapter for use in planes, and a 0.25 inch adapter for compatibility with home or professional audio gear. The JVC HA-NC250 will be released this August. These would be perfect in class, where the professor’s lecture is getting in the way of your music experience.

Morito Bone Aqua - Bone Conduction Headphones

The Aqua Bone waterproof bone conduction headphones from Morito Japan is available in four bright colors. These waterproof headphones touch the bone in front of the ear and transmit sounds by vibrations which are picked up the brain; which sounds like medieval torture, but apparently isn’t. The company is also working on a Bluetooth version. The Morito Bone Aqua will be available by August in Japan for $ 82.
