
HP has recently announced a new desktop PC ‘Elite 7100′ for the Russian market. Aimed at business users, the system is packed with an Intel Core i3/i5/i7 processor, an Intel H57 Express chipset, a 16GB RAM, a 1TB of HDD, an optional SSD, a DVD burner with a SATA interface and LightScribe record support, a Blu-ray drive (optional) and a multi card reader. HP has announced the upcoming Z200 SFF (small form factor) workstation based on an Intel platform. This new system is smaller than the recently released Z200 minitower workstation, but it still provides a powerful performance thanks to the use of an Intel Core i3/i5 or Xeon 3400 processor, up to 16GB of RAM, professional graphics options and up to 2TB of storage space. HP’s new Z200 SFF workstation also boasts a tool-less chassis and a 89% efficient power supply. What’s more, the device is also ENERGY STAR 5.0 qualified and EPEAT Gold rated. HP Spain today introduced their new smartbook in the form of the Compaq Airlife 100. The new smartbook has a netbook-style design, a 10.1-inch touchscreen display and an integrated 3G. The Airlife 100 is powered by Qualcomm’s 1GHz Snapdragon with a 16GB SSD and WiFi connectivity. Its battery provides up to 12 hours of operation time or 10 days of standby time. Additionally, the Airlife 100 also has a webcam and an SD card slot. The new HP Compaq Airlife 100 smartbook will be launched in the European market during Spring 2010. HP today unveiled its latest multifunction printer for small- and medium-sized offices. Known as the Officejet 4500, this printer provides 6ppm laser printing for text, 1,200dpi optical scanning, fax and copy functions. The Officejet 4500 has both typical USB 2.0 and 10/100 Ethernet to print over the network. It is also compatible with Windows 7, Vista, and XP, Mac OS X 10.4.x or higher, and Linux. HP is now offering an updated version of its TouchSmart 600 Quad All-In-One PC series that comes equipped with the newest Intel Core i7 processor. HP has added two new LCD monitors to its Compaq range by releasing the 17-inch LE1711 and 19-inch LE1911. Both monitors provide 1280 x 1024 native resolution, 5ms response time, 1,000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, a D-Sub port and are also TCO 5.0 certified. HP has once again expanded its Compaq LCD monitor range by unveiling the L2105tm Multi-Touch.
