Huawei has decided to release the MediaPad 7-inch Android tablet in India. Powered by the Google Android 3.2 Honeycomb OS, the tablet features a 1.2GHz Qualcomm dual-core processor, a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, a 5MP rear-facing camera and Wi-Fi connectivity. Manufactured by Huawei, the device provides the company’s fastest 4G (HSPA+ 42) network for up to five WiFi-enabled devices such as iPad, iPhone, laptops, and Android smartphones, etc. Weighing at only 3.88 ounces, the device comes equipped with a microSD card slot that supports up to 32GB of storage space. Three is ready to launch the Huawei E586 MiFi access point, which is claimed to be the first mobile WiFi device in the UK to feature HSPA+ technology. The device supports download and upload speeds of 21.1 Mbits/s and 5.76 Mbits/s, respectively. Huawei MediaPad Specs Unveiled

Huawei has unveiled more info about the MediaPad Android 3.2 tablet at CommunicAsia in Singapore. The tablet features a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor, a 7-inch IPS capacitive display, GPS, a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, 802.11n Wi-Fi and a battery that provides enough juice for up to 6-hour of operation time. The MediaPad also supports Full 1080p playback, HSPA+ (14.4Mbps) 3G support, an 8GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, Bluetooth and an HDMI output. Huawei S7 Slim Tablet Unveiled

Word has it that Huawei will introduce the Huawei S7 Slim tablet at the MWC 2011 next week. The Huawei S7 Slim is an updated version of the original S7. Unfortunetely, there is no further info about the specification of this gadget. The Russian mobile operator, Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) has just announced the availability of Huawei’s brand new Android Tablet ‘Ideos S7′ on their network. First introduced back at the Mobile World Congress 2010 (Barcelona, Spain) in February, the Ideos S7 sports a 7-inch 480 x 800 touchscreen display, a 2.0-megapixel front-facing camera, a SIM card slot, a 4.5GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth and runs on Android 2.1 OS. In addition, the device also comes pre-loaded with MTS’ applications including the second memory apps, Mobile Portal, MTS Catalog, Mobile Bodyguard and MTS TV.
